Your garden-room and bathroom briefs can be completed online now. Numerical garden-room estimates are released only after RR approves the catalogue and pricing. No bathroom estimate is generated online.
An initial range, not a final quotation
When available, a garden-room estimate will be an initial price range based on your dimensions and selected priced structural options. VAT is included in the displayed range. The final specification and price are confirmed by RR following a free site survey and design consultation.
What the future core estimate covers
The core garden-room build includes the external structure, full insulation, a standard EPDM roof and a standard allowance for doors and windows. Active priced adjustments may include cladding, doors, windows and internal wall finish.
Items confirmed at survey
Electrical requirements, foundations, ground conditions and other site-specific works are confirmed during your free design consultation. Flooring and heating choices are also subject to survey pricing unless specifically included in the final quotation. A future online estimate must not be treated as a commitment to carry out work at that price.
