Using this website
This website provides information about garden rooms and bathroom refurbishments from RR Home Improvements Ltd, registered in Scotland under company number SC855713 and based in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire ML3 0EW. Content is general guidance, not an offer or a binding quotation.
Consultations and quotations
A design consultation is free. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, a contract or a start date. RR will contact you to agree the next steps. All work is subject to survey, a written specification and agreed terms.
Prices and payments
Bathrooms are priced after consultation. Future online garden-room estimates will be provisional, not fixed quotations. A £500 deposit begins the job-booking process when you are ready to proceed; payment and cancellation terms are provided in the written agreement. This website does not take payments.
Images and intellectual property
Inspiration images are labelled and do not represent completed RR projects. Actual finishes, layouts and products are subject to your agreed specification. Content and imagery may not be copied without appropriate permission from the rights holder.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. Project contracts will set out applicable cancellation rights, guarantees and dispute arrangements. Scottish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and your rights to bring proceedings in the appropriate courts.
