Every garden room includes full wall, floor and ceiling insulation and an EPDM rubber roof, so an office or gym stays comfortable in January as well as June. Heating and electrics are specified around how you plan to use the room, not a one-size package.
Most builds take one to two weeks on site once the specification is agreed. Planning permission is usually not needed for a garden room, and we check the rules that apply to your property, along with the right foundation system, during your free survey.
